Camping

With the Canyon in our backyard, it's pretty ridiculous that we don't go up there more often. Our friends, the Larsens, planned an overnight adventure for a couple of families.  We hardly had any camping gear, so we had to borrow most of it.  We only stayed one night, but it still took just as much prep and work to get everything situated.  I'm not sure if it's worth it, but the kids absolutely loved it!  We had so much fun making and eating tin foil dinners and smores.  The kids just loved being outdoors and exploring til their hearts were content. We will definitely do this again, but maybe with a trailer or something instead of a tent!
