Katelyn had quite the birthday this year! We just kept on celebrating! We celebrated in St. George with my family, and then we went to Lagoon and Seven Peaks. The girls had so much fun at Lagoon and were both fearless when it came to riding the rides. Taylor would throw a fit if she wasn't tall enough to go on one.
Seven Peaks was on her real birthday and we told her she could invite one friend, and she chose her cousin Anzley. They had a blast together! Anzley is two years older than Katelyn and Katelyn looks up to her like an older sister. Aaron, Kim and Kara and my Mom were also in town and came along on all of the adventures. And Byron and Hayley came as well. It was so fun to have them with us for another week.
I can't believe Katelyn is 6 years old and will be going into first grade in a couple of months. She has been so helpful with the baby and is a great big sister. Her current loves are art, animals, her new unicorn pillow pet, swimming and playing outside. She is still my shy girl and doesn't like to be the center of attention, but once she makes a friend she is so loyal and loving. I love you Katelyn and I am so grateful for all of the lessons that you have taught me and grateful to be your mother!
