For Marci and Julio's 30th Birthdays we headed to Vegas for the weekend! It was my first time away since Cameron was born, and it was a much needed trip! We thought we would get lots of sleep being away from the baby, but we actually didn't sleep much at all! At least we could take naps in the middle of the day! We ate some amazing food at The Sugar Factory, Max Brenners, Grimaldi's and Lawry's. We ate lots of sweets too! The Sugar Factory was amazing and had the best sundae I think I have ever had! I didn't have much luck in the gambling department...Chad had to keep winning back the money I lost! The spa day with massages and mani/pedis was much needed and I loved every minute of it. The boys played golf at a nice country club. Of course the highlight of the trip was Celine!! Marci and I were so excited to see her again live, and she did not disappoint. The woman is amazing and leaves you breathless with those notes she hits! We have to bring my mom back for sure.
It was hard to leave Cameron because he was sick with an ear infection, but Kristin took good care of him. Chad's mom had the girls and we are so grateful for all of her help! I love my sister and love making such good memories with her!!
