This is the Marathon of Taylor Posts!Today we had her 1st Birthday party...it was low key, and just had family a a few close friends over. Actually, it wasn't low key for me...that was the plan...but are birthday parties ever low stress!? Everything turned out great though and Taylor had a great time. The best was just letting the kids run around and get wet. I am done party planning for a while though!

Taylor LOVED her cake and devoured it! I think it's funny that for Katelyn's first cake I made it from scratch with no sugar and carrots and raisins in it...and for Taylor I just made her a normal cupcake! You really do relax more with the second! Taylor not only had cake, but she had a popsicle too! (is that bad?)

that is so true about relaxing with the 2nd. with kylie i was so picky, and with walter i will shove anything in his mouth to keep him quiet (jk).
looks like a fun birthday party! walter's is going to be so lame next week.
and on that carrot cake for katelyn - did it have any egg in it? that sounds like a cake kylie would actually like.
