We had a blast during our 2nd annual Kirkland St george trip!! Our activities included hiking, biking, swimming, eating snow cones, boating on the lake, hanging out at the condo and golf. The girls had girl time and the guys had their time. The kids of course loved being together and just playing outside. The babies were pretty good and it was so fun to see them together! We all brought our running shoes and took lots of walk and runs together. We all have this new found passion for exercising and be grateful that we can exercise. These days we don't take any breath for granted. It was really hard to not have our Dad there with us, but we all felt his spirit there and we knew he would never miss a family vacation. Marci had a wonderful idea to make a rock garden in his honor. Each one of us painted a rock and wrote a special message on it. Then we laughed, cried and shared memories with each other. I love my family and I love how close we are and that we have gotten even closer.
